You can participate in the conference by entering the IP address 210.7.46.10 into your desktop video conferencing client. Once you reach the blue video conferencing bridge screen enter the conference ID 4000# (make sure you include the #), or navigate to the conference 'Introduction to AVCC'.
Desktop video conferencing resources:
Many organisations now have room-based video conferencing systems (such as Polycom, Tandberg or Lifesize units) available for use. You can participate in the conference by entering the IP address 210.7.46.10 into the unit. Once you reach the blue video conferencing bridge screen enter the conference ID 4000# (make sure you include the #), or navigate to the conference 'Introduction to AVCC'.
Desktop video conferencing resources:
Go to http://kvcs.karen.ac.nz/to watch the live stream of the conference. Once at the log on screen, enter the conference ID: 4000 into the ID field, then choose your streaming viewer. Leave all other fields blank.
