A call for papers has been issued for the Open Source, Multicore and Parallel Computing conference to be held in January 2010.

Open Source, Multicore and Parallel Computing conference

The Open Source, Multicore and Parallel Computing Miniconf offers a space to learn about and discuss Open Source contributions to developing Parallel Software. The formal conference date is yet to be confirmed, but likely to be either Monday 18 or Tuesday 19 January 2010.

The conference aims to launch a conversation on how the OSS Community, Education Sector, Scientists and Researchers, Developers and Industry are looking at this “new” scenario.
