Knowledge shared is knowledge multiplied

Vicki Lindsay, 20/08/2007 12:00pm

In the spirit of shared knowledge, three reports from KAREN community members on Capability Build Fund supported travel and event activities have recently been added to our website.

Two reports present insights from the eResearch Australasia conference and suggestions for follow-up in New Zealand in the areas of  sustainable technologies, data storage and curation, identity and assess management and others.  Sam Searle (Victoria University of Wellington) and David Thorns (University of Canterbury) were supported by the CBF to attend this event.

The third report summarises the 2007 High Performance and Grid Computing Workshop and makes recommendations for the 2008 workshop. This event was organised by Slava Kitaev (Auckland University of Technology) and supported by the CBF.

These reports can be found on the Community reports page of our website.
