L3 features are not required as part of the core minimum requirements in regard to the Core Network. L3 feature requirements are more related to the needs of switches that will be required to be supplied from a separate RFP to be issued shortly in regard to the creation of aggregation function that KAREN is to establish in support of connection of smaller users that require a higher level of management and control of ingress and egress of traffic to KAREN.
Yes, it is acceptable to offer a combined response to a combination of RFP's. However, Tenderers must submit individual RFP responses as well. The response date for a combined response to more than one RFP is 4pm, 10 December 2009.
