Network aggregators

Accredited Network Aggregators play an important function by delivering the power of KAREN to smaller Members who may not be able to support the capital and human investment in managing a core connection.   An Aggregated Service is a combination of a connection (layer-2) service and a traffic management (layer-3) service.  Aggregators can use their own, or any other compliant, connection (layer-2) service, such as an offering from a local open-access network provider.
