Registrations for APAN26 are now OPEN

Click on the button above to register via our online registration form. On this form you are able to submit your registration details, as well as accommodation and social programme requests. You can choose to pay with your credit card via our secure server, or register without payment, in which case we will email your invoice to you.

Alternatively, if you are unable to register online, you can download the registration form (pdf, 71KB) and print a copy. Please fill in this form and fax it to the conference organiser at +64 4 568 4563.

Register for the High Performance Research Symposium

You need to register separately to attend the High Performance Research Symposium.

Important notice

Delegates must pre-register for APAN26. Queenstown is very busy in August with many tourists and snowboarding enthusiasts. This means accommodation very limited and needs to be organised well in advance.

Prices are based on the usual standard fee of US$350. As at 20 Jan 2008 the exchange rate for NZ$ 1.00 was US$ 0.76, hence the standard fee in New Zealand Dollars of NZ$460. The exchange rate may vary throughout the registration period, however the fee in NZ$ will stay the same.

Registration fees include GST.

Standard registration includes entry to all conference sessions, all morning and afternoon teas, all lunches, the Welcome Reception on 5 August and the APAN Banquet on 7 August.

Students will need to enter their student ID number and name of educational institution to register.

Payment terms

Outstanding amounts are required to be paid within 14 days.

When registering online, you can pay immediately by credit card via a secure server, or choose to be emailed an invoice.

For MasterCard and Visa Credit Card Payments after the online registrations process, please supply your credit card number, name of cardholder and expiry date to the conference organiser.

Cancellation policy

Should you cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $100.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 1 May 2008. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Please note that refunds shall not be processed until after the conference, and will be paid in New Zealand dollars. The exchange rate on the refund transaction date may differ from the rate on the day that the initial payment was made.

Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
