Reservation policy

To secure your reservation, you will need to supply your credit card details and pay one nights deposit. Your credit card details will be held by the hotel as security for your reservation.

Please note all room rates for the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels are for the room only – single or double or twin. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and will be charged back to your account.

Any accommodation cancellations made after 1 May 2008 will forfeit the deposit. All cancellations must be notified in writing, or by fax or email.
